Look at the reviews they dont lie Anthony & sylvans I shouldve never used this company from the beginning the first problem I had I shouldve just sued them. This is the worst nightmare in building anything a pool should make you happy not stressed.

Ive been so stressed dealing with this situation since day one I had to use another Pool Company to renovate my pool but let them do the plaster because they gave me a deal and I fell for it like a sucker $6500 to replace on my pool with a real plastic job course $10,000. My pool is small.

It shouldnt cost that much at all but the warranty is always a scam unless you have sufficient proof and paperwork to prove them wrong they wont send nobody out to fix the problem. I shouldve sued them the first time like I said if you wanna enjoy your pool, go with another company if you want to stress for years to come use them?

Im signed a contract with A&S in June 2023. All permits have now been approved, I have met with project managers Austin Bulger and Mitch Kammer on September 16.

The silt fence has been installed but little else. Calls and emails are not being returned.

The schedule set out in our meeting of September 16 was for substantial work to be done this fall and the pool completed in the spring. Very little has been done as of today, November 1, 2024.

We opened our new pool for the season only to find a large amount of cracks and leaks. Dealing with Warranty has been frustrating at best.

We've only been in touch with a scheduler. The warranty manager has not once reached out to us or communicated with us in any way, nor has he come to view the pool/spa. They continue to send a repair technician who piece-meals the repairs and leaves, and we're left to star the process all over again.

A pool and spa should not be cracking in less than 2 years from installation. If we were to get any type of customer service, I would change this review in a heartbeat, but thus far it's been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing process.

Anthony sylvan remastered my pool had to come out and do it over 2 weeks later because it was not done right. 2 weeks after the second time it was done spots and cracks were on the plaster and they gave me jacks magic to clear the spots.

But it has gotten worse . 2 feet cracks and plaster is coming up . They would not do a thing now they say the warranty ran out.

Why didnt they take care of it right away. Ver very very poor service.

These project manner and supervisors were never on site. Could not communicate with the actual workers The tile was the worst job I've ever seen The overflow is the same level as the skimmers which means your pool runs out of water at the same time that it is sucking air. And our pool was half the size that we paid for

Can not contact When you have a problem 10 years later when the pool light goes out. Need to speak with someone. It is all automated.

They built my pool years ago and did a great job. That was the reason why I hired them to do the renovation.

They did the renovation in the summer of 2023.

I agreed to their pay as you go with paying in full before the completion. That was my mistake. When they did the coping they didnt cut straight, so the corners of my pool are off. I paid for a solid color interior.

When closed the pool there was a blotch. One of their guys told me it takes time for the finish to set. Now, May 2024, I opened the pool. Its filled with more blotches and streaks.

I told the company about the blotches and poor cutting of the granite coping. They did nothing and the girl in the office told me I put weird stuff in the pool to cause the problem. They did a horrible job and called me a liar. The old coping is better than the new coping.

You will see the photo below of the straight concrete coping compared to the poorly cut granite.

They have a warrantee, but I fear if I use it they will send the same workers over again to do another bad job. So now what?

Stay away from Anthony sylvan pools at all costs pics of NEW plaster job , had pool built 30 years ago, had full renovation last April , plaster looks like *** !!! No help from Anthony sylvan pools , Im 66 years old and retired and have NEVER seen anything remotely similar to the complete lack of support from this company

Particularly, I wanted to mention the excellent care, attention to details, and support provided by Mark Sorenson. Whenever a problem arose or a question posed, he was always available to answer and provide a solution.

He was willing to walk you through a situation and follow up as required till the problem was resolved.

Also, would like to compliment Sonia Rodriguez who will always take a call or return a call. These two individuals are super employees!

I could give 0 stars I would. From the beginning, this project was problem-ridden.

Poor communication and lengthy wait times made me wish we chose another company. We were promised a fall dig and that did not happen . We did not have a somewhat finished pool until the following December. Also, the PM called me the day the concrete crew was coming to tell me the plan everyone signed off on more than a year ago, was not able to be done, and they had to rework a plan, which ended up costing is tens of thousands more in landscaping/concrete.

In December when they finally finished & filled our pool, our cover was not in, so they closed it with a tarp, yes, a TARP! Our pool is filled with rocks & dirt due to their poor closing. It is June and we still dont have our diving board.

Can we find anyone to help us? Of course not!
