From the beginning of the process to the very end, I cannot recommend enough these group of professional builders for their vision and attention to details. A&;;;;;;;;;;;;;S is simply the best in the business when it comes to building your dream pool. I cannot thank them enough for the recommendation they gave me to work with Stewarts Landscaping for making my dream backyard a reality. Bronsyn and Matthew are the best in their field! Im forever grateful for what theyve done for my backyard and their passion for what they do shows quality thats second to none. LOOK AT OUR PHOTOS THEN RUN FROM ANTHONY & SYLVAN POOLS!! Nice try, ***** whoever you are.

Your pal **** ******** promised to fix our horrific plaster for years and not a single thing has been done to help us. After the latest round of promises, your warranty manager *** * vanished into thin air. Not sure how any of you look at yourselves in the mirror every morning knowing that your entire day will be spent chasing bad reviews for your paychecks. What an embarrassing and shameful thing to have to tell your children someday.

I will continue posting reviews with more detail and photos on every review site and social media platform. The hundreds of families who have visited our pool also continue to share our terrible story via word of mouth and their own social media platforms. It is our right and our obligation to share our story and protect other consumers. Best of luck following us over the years while auto-filling your standard, rehearsed responses.

As I told **** ******** dozens of times, it would’ve cost A&S pennies to simply fix what they admitted to doing wrong - in writing - versus literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost business.

Oh well. Not my problem anymore.

Anthony&Sylvan built this pool for us and immediately acknowledged the massive imperfections in the plaster. In fact, they immediately agreed to repair it.

That was three summers ago! Fast forward to last month when they said would finally be repairing it. What happens instead? They send out the man who did the faulty work who then shifts the blame on US!!

He says our chemicals are completely “out of whack”, but when we asked to see his test results, we find out he doesn’t have any!?! Not once, in three years, has a single A&S technician, nor anyone in the warranty or customer service departments, questioned our chemicals as having ANYTHING to do with our plaster issues. But now, out of nowhere, the man responsible for the faulty work gets to make accusations with literally zero backup? He also sent them a photo with mysterious marks on our pool step that don’t even exist claiming he removed staining!

I promptly sent over the “actual” image. My guess is that his non-existent test results will mean we’re stuck with this plaster, if not for life, for at least another long year.

Anthony&Sylvan is undoubtedly thrilled to have another reason for delay. Beyond shameful.

I have a beautiful pool, BUT Las Vegas has a non responsive warranty dept. The last issue I had to fix myself.

I paid $63,000 for our pool and I so hope I don't have a major issue.

Yelp has horrible reviews for Las Vegas. I have a crack a minor issue I just sent in an claim because they never responded to my last one from last month.

We chose this company because they gave a warranty for as long as we own the pool... Problem is, they do not honor their warranty.

They argue, they talk over you, and they try to worm their way out of their warranty. I would not recommend this company because of their dishonesty.

After installation of my pool no-one seems to want to help with the issues I have been having - I attached me last email that was sent a few days ago - I haven't heard back from anyone yet again.

I did not realize that the final inspection wasn’t complete? I do remember the inspector coming out at the end of the year last year and meeting with my electrician for his final? But I actually thought there was an inspection completed after that?

In addition to that I actually have a few issues on the pool and the work itself. When the pool coping was done last year the guys that installed the coping got caught in a torrential downpour. Which caused all of the pointing to flake off and stain. They did recognize there was an issue and came back to grind everything out and re-point. The only problem was that it was without any notice and I had other workers there doing landscaping and other projects so they could not work then. They never returned after that. I’ve since called service a few times with no response. Angelo from your company who opens the pool for us also made note of it this year when he came to do our salt Indoctrination but I still haven’t heard from anyone.

Angelo realized at the time of our salt indoctrination that the flow sensor was bad so he scheduled a warrantee service and made note of the coping. He also realized and noted that we never received our push-in Aussie eyeballs for the Jacuzzi jets part of the pool. He said they will be brought out and installed when they return to replace the sensor. When they came out to do the salt water sensor repair the guy said he was never given the eyeballs? I finally wound up having to go up there and just buy them from the store in Westchester last week because no-one could find them. I have a copy of angelos report stating the coping and eyeballs need to be taken care of. Since then I’ve now noticed that the blower is not working on the that part of the pool? I do understand things go wrong and repairs are needed but once they are noted I think they should be taken care of as soon as possible. Every time I called on the coping problem and the eyeballs I was told that its a “different department” and they couldn’t help me? The pool itself isn’t even 1 year old yet and these issues along with the blower not working now just seem like a little too much. I’m really hoping someone can take care of these issues promptly and without me having to keep calling for service. The pool itself is really great I’m just disappointed at the lack of response on these issues.

Don’t be deceived by their sales pitch: “been in business over 70 years.. lifetime warranty…other company’s won’t be around in 10 years… nationwide coverage..we have the best customer satisfaction in the business..we have the best people working for us..Google my name to see all of my positive reviews..We have the best project managers in the country” etc.

Solely based on my personal experience, here is what to expect when you sign a contract with Anthony & Sylvan pools: You will have to pay for the pool in full weeks before the pool is even completed. You will have to do major cleanup of your house, yard, deck, etc after they are “done” since they only construct the pool. Your house will NOT be in the same condition after the completion of the pool as it was before they arrived to your property. They will tell you in the beginning that “you don’t have to deal with any of the subcontractors, we take care of every detail for you, but then when there is a problem (there was an issue with the deck paver subcontractor), I was told that Anthony and Sylvan won’t require a sub to make any repairs, I must contact the sub myself and work out the errors with him directly.

In addition to this, the design consultant (Tim Clarke) made an error with the placement of the (2) LED lights and I now have over 40% of my pool that is dark/no light at night and the wall of the sundeck has too much light on it because he placed/deigned the light too close to the wall (see attached pictures for yourself). I upgraded(additional $) to (2) LED lights to insure I would get the look I ultimately wanted and Tim stated “they w ill see your pool from outer space” yet almost half my pool has no lighting at night due to his design error. Since the beginning Tim stated he would be alongside us throughout the build process yet he has been nowhere to be found after a few weeks of signing the contract and receiving my deposit. He is a true car salesman that tells you what you want to hear.

Kevin (Anthony and Sylvan GM for their Charlotte branch) isn’t willing to help out in any way due to the design error of their design consultant/salesman and he went as far as to say “You and your wife designed the pool with the help of the design consultant. The lighting issue was not an error on our part”. So basically we as the consumer need to be design professionals in order to get the pool of our dreams because their company will take no liability for any errors in the design. All in all, I very much regret every doing business with Anthony and Sylvan Pools and I feel that I was totally taken advantage of.

This bothers me especially since they had no issues taking my $54k of very hard earned money and quickly moved onto the next customer. I realize that no pool company is perfect and all of them will make mistakes, but it is all in how you correct the mistakes.

Per Anthony and Sylvan, they made no mistakes in the design and construction of my pool, it is all on me the consumer. I would not suggest doing business with Anthony and Sylvan.

Anthony and Sylvan punctured plumbing line during construction, failed to investigate when I complained leading to lots of cleaning and damage to Nature 2 cartridge, filter, etc. Still won't own up to this damage or other problems.

Is this the kind of company you want building your pool/ They have 1 contractor serving multiple states so he never sees most of the projects and project managers are also rarely there. Just the subs who don't appear to get blueprints or instructions or pass on to the manager exactly what they did and where.

This is just the latest issue to arise from them. They built too small a wall so in heavy rains 2-3 times per year the pool deck floods because they don't have a proper geo or hydroengineer figure out what is actually needed and used nonprofessional staff.
