Anthony Sylvan's reply to:
Anthony Sylvan created a huge money pit
Anthony Sylvan renovated my pool using subcontractors who couldn't speak English. They plastered a cement pool and did not consider the spaces between the 20+ stone walls.
As the seasons change, walls move, ever so slightly but that movement causes cracks at every space between walls. They kept promising that there is no problem and that they will permanently repair the walls with filler. They are never repaired as the cracks continue to occur multiple times per year. They stopped coming out to repair the walls after the warranty ran out and now I am stuck re-plastering, repairing these walls multiple times per year.
Emptying and refilling the pool costs thousands of dollars every time it's done.
They did a terrible job and left me with an unworkable situation. The Anthony Sylvan engineer admitted that he would have used a flexible membrane between the walls, but he was not included in my pool renovation job until there was a problem.
