Buying a pool from Anthony & Sylvan was the most devastating mistake we've ever made. We live on The Main Line in Philadelphia where there are countless beautiful pool builders and, as bad luck would have it, we picked the wrong one.
Following endless delays and mistakes, the site manager offered to upgrade our plaster - only because our salesman "forgot" to order ours which would delay us once again for nearly a month. Turns out it was installed completely wrong leaving us with a pool that is filled bottom to top with enormous black streaks and blotches. It looks like a 15 year old pool with filthy moss and mildew. Three Anthony & Sylvan employees came out to see it, as well as another pool designer, and said they have never seen plaster done that poorly.
That was last summer, and no one has made a single effort to help us. Please don't make the same mistake. They may be cheaper than the other companies but, believe me, you get what you pay for. I am now making it my mission to post on every social media site to make sure no one else gets scammed out of their hard earned money.
And by the way, when you find yourself in this kind of mess, don't bother trying to contact the construction manager, Tara Wojcik. She is an expert at dodging your calls.
