In March 2019, I signed the contract to build a pool in my back yard, in July 2019 the County approved the construction, Sylvan Pools start working on October 2019, they filled it up with water at the end of June 2020 with out been finish the project. The back yard around the pool was left with all kind of trash and construction debris, the water fountains are not installed yet and we are October 2020, 18 months since I signed the contract.

During all this time I called numerous times the different people at the local offices for many reasons that were not happening. I called Brian (project manager), Steve Slifker, Thatcher Butcher with out any luck, only person that follow up my requests was Jennifer Holinsky, and I don't think that she has the authority to make things happen.

In addition to all that, was very little communication with me about the progress of the pool and informing me, what I need to do.I am tired to be calling for a technician to come and finish the installation of the water fountains. I hope you will take care of this project to end the relationship with your company.I made all the payments in accordance with your company schedule.Thank you for your attentionCarlos Sanchez
