I must say this is been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor and regret using this company.First of all they tell you that their employees are on staff and they are not ...they use mostly subcontractors..

Who don't show up on the right date and don't return phone calls . Their salesman will keep your great lipservice and tell you how wonderful they are but in reality he over cells and they wait on that delive their salesman will keep you great lipservice and tell you how wonderful they are but in reality they over sell and under delivery

Doing the presentation when they collect my check there were five people around the table from Anthony Sylvan which were the coordinator and project manager along with the sales reps an engineer . they told me how closely they would be working together and that the project manager will be accessible at all times but from start to finish I've only seen him on site at my job a total of three days ! They had the wrong drawings on several occasions and negated to fill out the proper paperwork for the town and when they did fill out the paperwork we wound up failing inspection because they cannot fill it out properly as to the amount of drains needed were 4 and the only for a permit for 2!

All of the affirmentioned are the good experiences with this company- they broke my sidewalk and retaining wall as well as crushed the plumbing with heavy equipment in my yard which they need to fixed and the response was that it is not their responsibility to fix it the sidewalk... The pool was supposed to be done by memorial day and it will not be finished and we are approaching Labor Day .... Whatever you do stay far away from Anthony Sylvan because they will sell you on a great job but that is not what you will be receiving. You should not expect any personal service from this company they are very large like a utility and you just don't matter to them ...
