No response to my letter...
Let me tell you about my recent experience from a long time owner (2 pools)
And huge referrer.
I called to arrange my opening and closing for this year. My opening was yesterday. Prior to that I called to arrange payment for both ($1000). That gave me a discount. The technician came yesterday and left my pool dirty. "You didn't arrange a cleaning beforehand" my fiancé was told since I was at work. Shouldn't that have been asked when a setup the opening. Now this wouldn't be a problem if my Polaris cleaner worked. I called your Doylestown office I few times last year about both the cleaner and chlorinator. My chlorinator didn't work all year (once a technician came out and said it wasn't turned on, like I didn't know how to turn it on). Of course, I had to call back and I still don't know if it works. Also last summer (early summer) I started calling about my Polaris. I was told to bring it in which I did. I was told it worked fine. I brought it home and it just turned in a five foot diameter. Called again and no help was received. So last summer I had to hand vacuum and scrub the algae off the walls of the pool
That brings me back to this year. I gave my fiancé a list of things to review with the technician. Of course, one was the Polaris cleaner. He said it may need a part and he will come back some unknown time. I personally think it's the pump. So now I have a filthy pool with no way to clean it. If fact the technician said I should purchase an electric cleaner. So why did he put a new bag on it and charge me for it without my authorization? If fact he charged my for filter manifold (my filter is new!!!) and clear vision (which I haven't done for five years). The total was $327 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!! Why? Because my fiancé was there and he took advantage of her lack of knowledge. This is a crime!!! Keep in mind, the reason I was there is last year's opening I took the day off and the technician never showed even after calling me to say he's on the way.
So let's review:
I have a pool opened that is dirty with no way to clean it unless I do it personally (I'm away for over a week).
There's no effort from Doylestown to help but Ashley the woman who handles the calls is excellent.
I want my unauthorized charges returned.
I want my pool cleaner repaired (it is almost a year I've been trying).
I want a new technician to come out immediately and check my chlorinator.
I want to know why $1000 charge wasn't done correctly.
And I want you to know how frustrated I am.
