I cannot give any stars. This company does not merit a single star!

The work is 75% complete. The elevation on my pool is not the elevation reflected in my contract. Parts of the pool come out of the ground over 2 feet and they should not. High walls were not designed for my pool, so there is no reason for this malformation.

The electrical was run and mounted on water gutters to the side of my house and windows sills/caulking. No electrical is placed in pipes- all wires are exposed. I have written multiple emails to the project manager and he does not respond. He does not respond to text messages or phone calls.

It is absolutely awful. I also reached out to the construction manager for the area and he does not respond. I need someone to respond to me with a plan on how these issues will get fixed. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and writing reviews on Google that reflect these issues.

No one should be treated like this! If someone would have responded to my multiple attempts at a resolution, I would have waited to review at 100% completion, however, this is such a disgraceful situation, Anthony Sylvan should not only respond out of contractual responsibility, they should also respond out of common courtesy and ethics.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
