Now that Anthony & Sylvan has their money, they will not address cracking and light issues with pool covered under warranty. The original request was made via email on April 26, 2018.

Since then, I've made more than a dozen other phone calls as well as four follow-up emails up the management chain to Northern Virginia's general manager, Neil Coyne—with not a single response. Finally, I had to take a lunch hour to go to the Chantilly, VA store to get a store manager to call a direct number and get on the warranty department's schedule for an inspection to correct issues.

I actually recorded the conversation between the manager and Matthew Saracini...who has been less than helpful. Once I was finally on the warranty department's schedule, I took a day off work last Friday (May 25, 2018) -- more than a month after starting down this road to correct the cracked concrete pad -- AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW!!!!!
