Our pool is a year old and we had 2 tiles fall off in June. Called customer service and was told the soonest any one could look at the pool was July 17th .

Hugh Kilpatrick arrived on the 17th and said the pool had more problems then the tiles and 10' of copping would need removed and replaced . I explained that we would like this work completed asap. August 15th and still not a single call from Anthony & Sylvan to schedule the repairs .

I have called Hugh 2 times with no return call. It saddens me to think that I recommended this company to a friend who used them to install there pool and they have had problems also.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
