No need to explain what happened. Your company has a lot to learn in the customer service part of your company.
**UPDATE** Although Anthony and Sylvan replied to my online reviews with "Thank you for making us aware of your concerns, we will be in contact with you soon". Of course the "Customer service Manager" from their corporate office contacted me but two months later, they still want me to pay for their design error OR take a $1,000 refund and be on my merry way. I refused to take the refund due to principal and I now am the proud owner of a pool that looks horrible at night due to improperly designed lighting placement.
I highly suggest not doing business with Anthony and Sylvan Pools. Don't let their sales pitches deceive you.
